Café Green Drip – Premium Matcha & Coffee Creations in Montreal

Amazing service with a huge variety of matcha and coffee drinks! They even have their version of affogato. I’m already missing the ube matcha and coconut frappe. The matcha drinks are very matcha forward which I love! Visited for the weekend and I had to come back for a second time!

A nice and modern café that offers not only regular matcha drinks but also creative combinations with other popular flavors such as Vietnamese iced coffee, banana bread, and ube. We ordered the Ube Matcha Latte and the Café Green Drip (Vietnamese coffee with matcha foam). Overall, the drinks were good with a well-balanced taste profile. However, if you are specifically looking for a drink that brings out the deep flavour profiles of matcha, we would recommend going with the regular Matcha Latte, as flavors like Vietnamese iced coffee and ube would overpower the matcha. These drinks are better suited for those who enjoy more trendy and experimental takes on matcha. Seating is limited, but there are a few chairs and tables on the balcony that offer a great view of the street.

We loved the drinks here, and the owner Jenny is honestly the sweetest!! You can tell she’s such an intentional business owner. We got the coconut coffee (10/10 recommend), banana bread matcha, and viet iced coffee with matcha foam. Everything was so good we ended up going back for round two and grabbed a few more for our friends. The inside is also super cute and well decorated

Ordered the Hot Matcha Latte with almond milk. It was absolutely delicious. Awesome little spot, very cozy atmosphere. Very good quality matcha. They have plenty of different flavors on the menu with unique specials! My wife enjoyed the Hot Banana Bread Matcha Latte and our sister had the Strawberry Matcha. Zero complaints from us. Worth a try if you’re after something hot to keep you warm

We first tried Café Green Drip sample at a vendor show in Toronto/Vaughan in October 2025. The matcha was so good that we kept thinking about it. When we later saw the same Café Green Drip in Montreal, we had to stop in. We ordered the Vietnamese coffee, banana bread matcha, and strawberry matcha. Everything tasted delicious , just like the first time we tried it. We are really happy we found it again. Their matcha is our favorite by far.

Ordered the hot Matcha Banana Bread with oat milk and it was very matcha-ie! Loved it! The place is super cute as well. The staffs suggested to order the white chocolate peppermint matcha the next time I come! Will do (:

I absolutely love the aesthetic of this café! It’s a cozy local spot near my school that offers unique flavors like ube, banana bread, pandan and other creative Asian-inspired options. They even craft new seasonal syrups throughout the year, which makes every visit feel special. The staff are always friendly, efficient, and welcoming. The owner deserves a special mention because she was incredibly kind and shared such an inspiring story about how she started the café. You can really feel the passion and care behind everything they do!

They have amazing varieties of matcha. I tried mango matcha and it was amazing. Also the quality of matcha is amazing . But I tasted more mango than matcha. Will try other flavours next time for sure. The seating is limited.
